Bid Tour – With the owners’ selected painting contractors

On completion of the specifications and with approval of the owner or the owner’s representative, a bid tour should be conducted.

• Aids in the clarification of the specifications to the contractors who are bidding for the contract
• Eliminates any misunderstandings that may exist with the specification
• Allows for any addendums to the specifications to be conducted

The cost to conduct a bid tour is $300
